What to include in your safari inquiry
For the most useful first proposal, send your approximate travel dates, the number of travelers, arrival and departure airports, countries you want to visit, must-do activities and preferred accommodation level. If you have already found a route on this website, include the package title or link. You can browse all East Africa safari packages, destination guides and car hire options before writing to us.
Need gorilla trekking permits?
Mention gorilla trekking early in the inquiry so we can check how the preferred trekking date fits the wider route. Public protected-area information for Uganda is available from the Uganda Wildlife Authority, while Rwanda destination information is available from Visit Rwanda. We will explain the practical booking sequence that applies to the itinerary we prepare for you.
Looking only for a safari vehicle?
That is also possible. Send the pickup point, drop-off point, travel dates, passenger count, countries, expected luggage and whether you need a driver-guide. Our dedicated car hire page explains the Prado, safari Land Cruiser and safari van options in more detail.
Planning a multi-country East Africa safari?
Tell us the complete idea even if you are not sure whether it is practical. A request such as “gorillas in Uganda, the Maasai Mara and Zanzibar” gives us enough direction to compare road connections, regional flights and the number of nights required. You can also send links from our Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania or Zanzibar collections.
What happens after you contact Gabba?
We review the dates and priorities, identify any permit-led activities, build a realistic route and select accommodation and transport that match the requested level. The proposal can then be refined before booking. For wildlife-heavy routes, we normally recommend a vehicle that gives suitable viewing access; for shorter transfers or selected private road journeys, a Prado or safari van may be more appropriate.
Send Enough Detail for a Useful First Proposal
Approximate dates, number of travelers, trip length, countries, activities, accommodation category and budget help us avoid replying with a generic itinerary. The detailed form below mirrors the questions our travel planners normally need to ask before preparing a serious proposal.
Contact Gabba for Gorilla Trekking and Wider East Africa Safaris
Use this page for short gorilla trips, longer Uganda safaris, Rwanda journeys, Kenya wildlife safaris, Tanzania itineraries, Zanzibar extensions and multi-country combinations.
Vehicle-Only Requests Are Welcome
If you only require transport, review our car hire page and use the same inquiry form. Tell us the pickup and drop-off points, dates, group size, luggage and whether you want a driver-guide.
Before You Submit
If you already found a package you like, mention its title in the message. If you are still deciding, select all countries and activities that interest you. We can compare the options rather than forcing you to choose too early.
Our Main Contact Details
Email info@gorillatrekkinginuganda-rwanda.com or gorillatrekkinginugandarwanda@gmail.com, or call/WhatsApp +256 768 125034. Our Uganda office is at Kabale – Bushekwiire Road, Mukikolegi behind Kabale Police Station. The detailed form below is the best option when you want a customized safari because it lets you send the important planning information in one message.
What Happens After We Receive Your Inquiry?
We review the trip length, travel dates, countries and activities you selected, then check the practical route behind them. If the request includes permit-led experiences or specific lodge requirements, those become early planning priorities. We may suggest a different order if it reduces unnecessary driving or protects more time for the experiences you value. A proposal can then be refined before any booking is confirmed.
Questions Before You Are Ready to Book
You are welcome to contact us while you are still comparing destinations. Use our Safari Planning Guide, destination pages and package collection to narrow the options, then tell us what is still unclear. A useful planning conversation does not require you to have every detail decided in advance.
When You Are Comparing Several Countries
If you are unsure whether to choose Uganda or Rwanda for gorillas, Kenya or Tanzania for classic wildlife, or whether Zanzibar will fit at the end, select all of them in the form. We can compare the route and explain where the total trip length creates natural limits. You can also open the destination archive and package archive in another tab while completing the inquiry.
For Travel Agents, Groups and Special Requests
Use the message box to explain room configurations, children’s ages, photography priorities, dietary requirements, celebrations, accessibility considerations, preferred vehicle type or any existing flight plan. The first proposal is more useful when these details are known before accommodation and transport are selected.
